The Administration Department is comprised of three sub-departments that oversee and manage internal administrative functions of the organizations
General Managers Office
Robert Analla III, General Manager
The General Manager's Office is responsible for the complete oversight and management of the organization. It is responsible for setting direction, planning/developing and fiscal management and ensuring that the organization maintains its overall chartered responsibility. The General Manager reports directly to a five - member Board of Directors, which is further governed by the Pueblo of Laguna Council.
The Administrative Services Office is responsible for the oversight and management of administrative functions, which includes Human Resources (HR), employee benefits, insurance, planning, and policy.
Jeanine Natachu, Accounting Manager
The accounting Department is responsible for the fiscal management of all accounting functions and systems, annual audit, budget development, and financial reporting. Additionally, it is responsible for customer relations and billing.
