The Administration Department is comprised of three sub-departments that oversee and manage internal administrative functions of the organization.

The General Manager's Office is responsible for the complete oversight and management of the organization. It is responsible for setting direction, planning/developing and fiscal management and ensuring that the organization maintains its overall chartered responsibility. The General Manager reports directly to a five - member Board of Directors, which is further governed by the Pueblo of Laguna Council.
